Healthy Food That You Can Grab And Go

If you keep GOOD FOOD in your fridge..
You will eat GOOD FOOD.


Most people eat fast food because it's quick and convenient..
but McDonald's among other food chains.. are so UNHEALTHY for you!
Do you realize what you're feeding your body?  
You want a better body..
then take better care of your body.
Simple as that.

On your day off, cook a huge amount of brown rice.
Put it in small containers in the right portion size.
Bake a lot of chicken or ground turkey at the start of the week, season them all differently and put them in the right portion sizes so you can grab and go.
Healthy food - that's quick and convenient - and not bad for your body! <-win win! :)

Here (pic below) I did 1/2 cup brown rice, chicken and some broccoli for vegi.
"Meal prepping"

And while your at it.. why don't you just snack prep as well as meal prep.
Strawberries..blueberries..raspberries.. grapes.. 
Mmmmmm
Cut up.. fruit of your choice.. for you can grab and go.
Easy as reaching for a twinkie. Except MUCH HEALTHIER!
Measure them out and ziploc bag them.
or u can use tupperware.
