Advocare 24 Day Challenge - DAY 13

DAY 13

7:15 AM - SPARK

7:45 AM - 3 CATALYST. 8 OZ WATER.

GYM- 1 1/2 MILES ELLIPTICAL

10:10 AM - B4 BREAKFAST PILLS. 16 0Z WATER

10:40 AM (BREAKFAST) - BERRY SHAKE. BREAKFAST PILLS/LUNCH PILLS


11:45 AM - B4 LUNCH PILLS

12:15 PM (LUNCH) - FRIED BANANA WITH CINNAMON AND HONEY. 16 OZ WATER 
slice banana
 drizzle a little olive oil and fry banana 1-2 min each side. (i used pam)
 mix 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp water together
 put banans on plate. drizzle honey water mix over bananas
 (i used pry..2 spoons..not much. had a lot left over.)
Sprinkle cinnamon.
Enjoy.

3:00 PM - SPARK

4:00 PM - 16 OZ WATER

4:30 PM - THERMO

5:00 PM - TUNA AVOCADO LETTUCE WRAP(recipe down below)
4 OMEGA. 16 OZ WATER

use 1/2 cup tuna (in water)
and 1/4 cup avocado


 mix it well in a bowl
 get a sheet of lettuce.
use 1/2 cup of the mix(avocado & tuna)
and squeeze lime juice on top
 wrap it up and enjoy

7:15 PM - 8 OZ WATER
