Advocare 24 Day Challenge - DAY 21

DAY 21

(i had a hair apt today at 8am.. had to leave the house at 7am.. and didn't get home till about 1030am.. so no gym today..and late breakfast!)

10 45 AM - B4 BREAKFAST PILLS, 16 0Z WATER

11:15 AM (BREAKFAST) - PILLS WITH LUNCH/PILLS WITH BREAKFAST, BERRY SHAKE PACKET MIXED WITH 11 OZ WATER

1:35 PM - PILLS B4 LUNCH, 7 OZ WATER

2:05 PM (LUNCH) - AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS WITH GREEN PEPPER AND ONION. - 4 TSP AVOCADO, 1/2 TSP DIJON MUSTARD, LEMON JUICE, 1 BOILED EGG, AND 1 HALF OF A BOILED EGG. (I HAD TWO BOILED EGGS BUT GAVE ONE HALF TO MY DAUGHTER) I ONLY USED THE YELLOW OF ONE EGG. AND THREW AWAY THE OTHER YELLOW.
1TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 2 TBSP ONION
18 OZ WATER

 MASHED UP ONE OF THE YELLOW YOLKS. ADDED 4 TSP OF AVOCADO.
1 TSP OF THE MUSTARD AND SQUEEZED A LIL LEMON JUICE
 SPRAYED SOME PAM.
THEN HEATED UP MY ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS
 FILLED EACH EGG WITH 2 TSP OF THE MIX
(REMEMBER I ONLY HAD 3 HALFS NOT 4.. CAUSE I GAVE ONE HALF TO MY DAUGHTER)
 THEN SPRINKLED THE ONIONS N PEPPERS ON TOP
THIS WAS YUMMY!!!!
MY FIRST TIME MAKING AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS..
AND FIRST TIME HAVING DEVILED EGGS WITH NO MAYO!
MMMMMMM!!!

3:30 PM - SPARK

4:45 PM - 10 OZ WATER

5:30 PM - 12 OZ WATER, TURKEY BURGER WITH NO BUN: 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1 TBSP SALSA, 1 SLICE TOMATO,
TURKEY BURGER: 1/2 CUP GROUND TURKEY, 1 TSP MRS. DASH LEMON PEPPER, 1 TSP MRS DASH CHICKEN, 1 TSP MRS DASH REGULAR, 1 TBSP ONION
WARMED UP MY TURKEY BURGER IN THE MICRO
THEN SPREAD 1 TBSP AVOCADO ON IT
 THEN ADDED 1 TBSP SALSA ON TOP
 NEXT ONE SLICE OF TOMATO
(CUT IN HALF)
 SO YUMMY!!


8:45 PM - 10 OZ WATER, 3 CATALYST


NOTES:
I MEAL PREPPED A LIL THIS AFTERNOON.. USED MY GROUND TURKEY.. AND MADE GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT. AND TWO TURKEY BURGERS.

i measured out 1/2 cup of ground turkey per burger
then i added 1 tsp mrs. dash lemon pepper per burger
mixed it up
then added 1 tsp of mrs dash chicken per burger
mixed it up
then added 1 tbsp of onion per burger 
mixed it up 
these are the mrs. dash's i used. 
then i sprinkled mrs. dash regular on the top and bottom of the burgers and placed them in the pan 
 meanwhile, i put the rest of the turkey that was left in another frying pan
sprinkled mrs dash lemmon pepper on top



drained the grease.
then added the taco seasoning (low sodium) packet
not all of it.. just like half the packet
and some water

mixed it up 
 wah-lah. done. simple.
and now i have convenient go to's in my fridge 
to make meals :)

DAY 20

8:30 AM - B4 BREAKFAST PILLS, THERMO, 8 OZ WATER

9:00 AM (BREAKFAST) - BERRY SHAKE, PILLS WITH BREAKFAST/LUNCH

10:30 AM - 16 OZ WATER

11:30 AM - B4 LUNCH PILLS

12:00 PM (LUNCH) - 16 OZ WATER, ALMOST 1/2 C GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT, ALMOST 1/4 C LETTUCE, 2 BOILED EGG (YELLOW INSIDE THROWN AWAY), 2 TBSP SALSA, 1 TBSP ONION, 1 SLICE TOMATO, LIME JUICE
 i warmed up the turkey
 i cute one of the boiled eggs in half (threw away the yellow) 
the other boiled egg i cut in half (threw away the yellow) then sliced up the egg
 mixed the one sliced boiled egg with the turkey
then added 2 tbsp salsa
 this is the salsa i always use
 mixed the salsa with the egg and turkey
 then added my onions n mixed it all up
 added a slice of tomato.
add squeezed a lil lime juice.
done.
yum.

11:30 AM - PILLS B4 LUNCH, 8 OZ WATER

12:00 PM (LUNCH) - 2 TBSP ONION, 2 TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1 TBSP SALSA, SHEET OF LETTUCE, 3/4 CUP GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT, 18 OZ WATER, LIME JUICE
heated up the onion n pepper 
heated the turkey in micro
mixed it all together
wah-lah
easy.
yummy.



2:45 PM - SPARK

5:15 OM (DINNER) - 4 OMEGA, 20 OZ WATER, 3 TBSP ONION, 2 TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 1/2 TBSP AVOCADO, 2 EGGS, 1/2 TSP MRS DASH, 1 TBSP SALSA, 1/4 C GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT

heated up the onion and pepper 
meanwhile 2 egg in a bowl with some mrs dash.
added it to the pan..
was going to do scrambled eggs...
but did a omelet..
(was making this up as i went lol)

 spread avocado on top of it
 then topped it with the ground turkey taco meat
and then drizzled salsa on top

 best creation ever. so delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
