DAY FIVE

7:30 AM - SPARK, 2 PRIBIOTIC RESTORE PILLS

8:30 AM - 3 CATALYST, PRI RESTORE PILLS, 16 OZ WATER

150 JUMPING JACKS
ARM KICKBACKS 50 LEFT/50 RIGHT
100 SIT-UPS
ARM WEIGHT LIFTS 50L/50R

9:30 AM (BREAKFAST) - 16 OZ WATER, 1/4 CUP STRAWBERRIES, KIWI, AND SOME BANANA


11:30 AM - 100 JUMPING JACKS

12:30 PM (LUNCH) - 16 OZ WATER,
SALSA CHICKEN, STEAMED BROCCOLI, 1/4 CUP TOMATO, 1/2 CUP BROWN RICE, 1/2 TSP AVOCADO.

Mixed it up and Mmmmmm!!


2:00 PM - 8 OZ WATER, 100 JUMPING JACKS, ARM KICKBACKS 25LEFT/25 RIGHT

3:00 PM - SPARK, 8 OZ WATER.

4:00 PM - 16 OZ WATER

6:OO PM (DINNER) - 16 OZ WATER, TACO WRAP: 1/2 CUP GROUND TURKEY, 1/4 CUP TOMATO, 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1/2 TBS ONION, 1/2 TBSP OF SALSA & LIME JUICE. SHEET OF LETTUCE.

missing in this pic i also used 1/2 tbsp of salsa..

 i heated up the ground turkey and onions in the micro..
then put it on the lettuce and added tomato and avocado and squeezed lime juice. 
and put salsa on the top

yum!
