Advocare 24 Day Challenge - DAY 13

DAY 13

7:15 AM - SPARK

7:45 AM - 3 CATALYST. 8 OZ WATER.

GYM- 1 1/2 MILES ELLIPTICAL

10:10 AM - B4 BREAKFAST PILLS. 16 0Z WATER

10:40 AM (BREAKFAST) - BERRY SHAKE. BREAKFAST PILLS/LUNCH PILLS


11:45 AM - B4 LUNCH PILLS

12:15 PM (LUNCH) - FRIED BANANA WITH CINNAMON AND HONEY. 16 OZ WATER 
slice banana
 drizzle a little olive oil and fry banana 1-2 min each side. (i used pam)
 mix 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp water together
 put banans on plate. drizzle honey water mix over bananas
 (i used pry..2 spoons..not much. had a lot left over.)
Sprinkle cinnamon.
Enjoy.

3:00 PM - SPARK

4:00 PM - 16 OZ WATER

4:30 PM - THERMO

5:00 PM - TUNA AVOCADO LETTUCE WRAP(recipe down below)
4 OMEGA. 16 OZ WATER

use 1/2 cup tuna (in water)
and 1/4 cup avocado


 mix it well in a bowl
 get a sheet of lettuce.
use 1/2 cup of the mix(avocado & tuna)
and squeeze lime juice on top
 wrap it up and enjoy

1:15 PM (LUNCH) - 20 OZ WATER. 1/2 CUP SQUASH. 1 EGG. 1 TBSP TOMATO. 1/2 TBSP SALSA

3:00 PM - SPARK

5:00 PM - THERMO

5:30 PM (DINNER) - 20 OZ WATER. 1/4 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/4 CUP CAULIFLOWER. CHICKEN. 1/2 CUP RICE, 1/2 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
4 OMEGA


I DONT HAVE MUCH CATALYST LEFT. I'M WAITING ON MY NEW BOTTLE TO COME IN THE MAIL.. SO I'VE BEEN SPARING WHAT I HAVE LEFT. GOING TO TAKE 3 TOMORROW MORNING BEFORE THE GYM.

GYM - 1 1/2 MILES ELLIPTICAL, 4 MILES ON BIKE

8:50 AM - PILLS BEFORE BREAKFAST, 1 THERMO PILL,16 OZ WATER

it tasted really good!!

9:25 AM (BREAKFAST) - BERRY SHAKE, BREAKFAST PILLS/LUNCH PILLS. TOOK THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME

11:45 AM - PILLS 30 MIN BEFORE LUNCH

12:15 PM (LUNCH) - 20 OZ WATER, PILLS WITH LUNCH
SALSA CHICKEN, 1 SLICE OF TOMATO, LIME JUICE, 1/2 CUP LETTUCE, 1/4 CUP GREEN PEPPER(HEATED UP ON THE STOVE)
(AND ALSO BUT NOT SHOWN IN PIC, I ADDED 1/2 TBSP SALSA.)
 a very yummy salad!
couldn't finish all of it.. i was full.

2:30 PM - SPARK

3:00 PM - 20 OZ WATER

4:45 PM - 16 OZ WATER

5:30 PM (DINNER) - 20 OZ WATER 1/2 CUP SPAGHETTI SQUASH, 1/2 CUP SAUCE

OKAY FOR THOSE OF YOU WONDERING HOW I MADE THE SPAGHETTI SQUASH..  WELL, TONIGHT WAS MY FIRST TIME MAKING IT.. I LOOKED AROUND ON PINTEREST AND FOUND SOME RECIPES.. BUT I KINDA JUST DID MY OWN THING.. I WANTED TO MAKE IT HEALTHY.

(I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S HARDER TO CUT A PINEAPPLE OR A SPAGHETTI SQUASH! NOT EASY! LOL)
SPAGHETTI SQUASH
 CUT IT. AND TAKE THE SEEDS OUT.
I SPRAYED THE EDGES WITH PAM.
BAKE 350 FOR 45 MIN
(WHEN U CAN PUT A KNIFE/FORK THROUGH IT, ITS DONE)
WHEN IT COMES OUT. LET IT COOL 3-5 MIN.
THEN TAKE A FORK TO IT, IT COMES RIGHT OFF. 

I DECIDED NOT TO USE ANY GROUND TURKEY OR MEAT.
I MADE MY OWN SAUCE.
1/2 CUP TOMATO, 1/3 CUP GREEN PEPPERS
( I DIDNT HAVE ANY ONION OR I WOULD HAVE USED THAT TOO)
AND HUNTS SAUCE 8 OZ CAN
( I DIDNT USE SALT OR PEPPER)
JUST MRS. DASH SALT-FREE ITALIAN MEDLEY  

I HEATED THE TOMATOES AND GREEN PEPPERS UP 
THEN ADDED THE CAN OF HUNTS SAUCE AND MRS. DASH 

I USED 1 1/2 TSP OF MRS. DASH.
FIRST I PUT 1 TSP.. THEN ADDED 1/2 TSP MORE.
(YOU CAN SEASON HOWEVER YOU LIKE) 

SPAGHETTI SQUASH. IT WAS YUMMY!

9:00 AM (BREAKFAST) - FIBER DRINK, 8 OZ WATER, 1 CUP GRAPES (COULDN'T EAT THEM ALL.. 10 WAS LEFT.. I WAS FULL)

was on the go
so measured it and bagged it.

12:00 PM (LUNCH) - 20 OZ WATER, 1 EGG WHITE, SALSA CHICKEN, 1/2 TSP SALSA, 1/2 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/2 CUP CAULIFLOWER

Didn't finish all of it.. because i got full.



2:15 PM - 3 CATALYST, 16 OZ WATER

4:15 PM - SPARK

5:45 PM (DINNER) - 1 APPLE, SPRINKLE OF CINNAMON, 6 OMEGA

I was craving something sweet tonight.. 
i made apple pie(without the crust) lol
Cut apple into pieces.
Put in bowl.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Cover & microwave 2 min.
Sprinkle cinnamon
Enjoy!
Mmmmm def hit the spot!
Had a cpl slices left though.. couldn't finish the whole apple.
idk why..but today i've just been full.. not so much hungry.

9:30 AM (BREAKFAST) - FIBER DRINK. 20 OZ WATER, 1/2 CUP GRAPES. 1/2 CUP STRAWBERRIES

11:00 AM - 16 OZ WATER

12:15 PM (LUNCH) - 20 OZ WATER, 1/2 CUP LETTUCE, 1/4 CUP TOMATO, 1/4 CUP GREEN PEPPER, 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1 TBSP SALSA, CHICKEN, LIME JUICE

I heated up 1/4 c tomato and 1/4 c green pepper
 Warmed up the chicken in the micro
then mixed the lettuce, avocado, and salsa 
in with the chicken and vegi's
easy & yummy

4:00 PM - SPARK

9:15 AM (BREAKFAST) - 1 APPLE, 16 OZ WATER

11:30 AM - 16 OZ WATER

12:30 PM (LUNCH) - SALSA CHICKEN, 1 TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 1 TBSP TOMATO, 1 TBSP ONION, 1/2 TBSP AVOCADO

 i heated up the green pepper, onion and tomato in an pan on the stove.
warmed up the rice and chicken in the micro.
Then mixed everything together
Done.
Yum!


2:30 PM - 16 OZ WATER

5:30 PM (DINNER)- STEAMED BROCCOLI, 1/4 CUP GROUND TURKEY, 1 TBSP ONION, CHICKEN
6 OMEGA


(I USED UP ALL THE LEFTOVERS LEFT..AND CAME UP WITH THIS.
DEF NOT THE BEST MEAL!

6:00 PM (DINNER) - 16 OZ WATER, 1/2 CUP GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT, 1/4 CUP ONION, 1/4 CUP TOMATO, 1 TBSP SALSA, LIME JUICE, LETTUCE

YUMMY!! REALLY TASTY! :)

UPDATE: I'M ALMOST DONE WITH MY LEFTOVERS OF THE GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT.. AND ALL MY MEAL PREPS OF TURKEY I DID A WEEK AGO ARE ABOUT GONE.. AS WELL AS MY VEGI'S AND FRUITS..SO I WENT GROCERY SHOPPING TODAY.. GOING TO BE PREPPING TOMORROW FOR THE WEEK AHEAD. DAY 6.. SO FAR THIS CHALLENGE IS CAKE WORK! :)

IF UR WONDERING WHY I HAVE DIFFERENT TIMES EVERY DAY.. WELL IM A STAY AT HOME MOM.. AND I FOCUS MY DAY AROUND MY DAUGHTER AND THINGS I NEED TO GET DONE OR PLACES I NEED TO GO.. SO THOUGHT I TRY TO EAT AROUND THE SAME TIMES..IT TENDS TO CHANGE SOMETIMES..
