Advocare 24 Day Challenge - DAY 7

DAY SEVEN

7:15 AM - SPARK, 2 PRIBIOTIC RESTORE PILLS

7:45 AM - 3 CATALYST

GYM- 2 MILES ELLIPTICAL, 2 MILES BIKE

9:15 AM (BREAKFAST) - 1 APPLE, 16 OZ WATER

11:30 AM - 16 OZ WATER

12:30 PM (LUNCH) - SALSA CHICKEN, 1 TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 1 TBSP TOMATO, 1 TBSP ONION, 1/2 TBSP AVOCADO

 i heated up the green pepper, onion and tomato in an pan on the stove.
warmed up the rice and chicken in the micro.
Then mixed everything together
Done.
Yum!


2:30 PM - 16 OZ WATER

5:30 PM (DINNER)- STEAMED BROCCOLI, 1/4 CUP GROUND TURKEY, 1 TBSP ONION, CHICKEN
6 OMEGA


(I USED UP ALL THE LEFTOVERS LEFT..AND CAME UP WITH THIS.
DEF NOT THE BEST MEAL! 



7:30 PM - 3 CATALYST, 3 CLEANSE TABLETS, 8 OZ WATER
