7:15 AM - SPARK

8:00 AM - 3 CATALYST, 8 OZ WATER

GYM- 2 MILES ELLIPTICAL, 1 1/2 MILES BIKE, 1/2 MIL TREADMILL

9:20 AM - 8 OZ WATER B4 BREAKFAST PILLS

9:50 AM - BERRY SHAKE. WITH A LIL BANANA ADDED. BRFKFST PILLS/LUNCH PILLS

11:45 AM - 16 OZ WATER - PILL B4 LUNCH

12:15 PM (LUNCH) - 16 OZ WATER, 1/2 C LETTUCE, 1/2 C TURKEY, 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1 TBSP SALSA, 1 TBSP ONION
 micro's meat n onion
 mixed it all up
 nom nom

2:30 PM - SPARK

3:45 PM - 16 OZ WATER

5:15 PM (DINNER) - CHICKEN, TOMATO, ONION, GREEN PEPPER, AVOCADO, LIME JUICE
