Advocare 24 Day Challenge - DAY 15

DAY 15

7:30 AM - SPARK

8:00 AM - 3 CATALYST

GYM - 1 MILE ELLIPTICAL, 4 MILES BIKE

9:00 AM - PILLS B4 BREAKFAST, THERMO. 16 OZ WATER

9:30 AM (BREAKFAST) - BERRY SHAKE. PILLS WITH BREAKFAST. PILLS WITH LUNCH

11:40 AM - PILLS B4 LUNCH. 16 0Z WATER

12:20 PM (LUNCH)- CHICKEN, 1/3 C LETTUCE, TWO TOMATO SLICES, 1TBSP ONION, 1 TBSP GREEN PEPPERS, LIME JUICE, 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1 TBSP SALSA. 20 OZ WATER.


2:45 P - SPARK

3:15 PM - 16 OZ WATER

4:15 PM - 50 JUMPING JACKS

5:00 PM (DINNER) - 1/3 C GROUND TURKEY. 1 TBSP ONION, 1/2 TBSP GREEN PEPPER. 1 TSP MRS DASH LEMMON PEPPER. MASH TOGETHER. MAKE TURKEY BURGER. FLAT CIRCLE. THEN PUT IN PAN AND SPRINKLE REGULAR MRS DASH ON TOP.
 COOK IT
 SPREAD 1/2 TBSP AVOCADO ON TOP
 THEN ONE SLICE OF TOMATO
 I USED LETTUCE INSTEAD OF A BUN
Mmmmmm
 it was yummy!
