(i had a hair apt today at 8am.. had to leave the house at 7am.. and didn't get home till about 1030am.. so no gym today..and late breakfast!)
10 45 AM - B4 BREAKFAST PILLS, 16 0Z WATER
11:15 AM (BREAKFAST) - PILLS WITH LUNCH/PILLS WITH BREAKFAST, BERRY SHAKE PACKET MIXED WITH 11 OZ WATER
1:35 PM - PILLS B4 LUNCH, 7 OZ WATER
2:05 PM (LUNCH) - AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS WITH GREEN PEPPER AND ONION. - 4 TSP AVOCADO, 1/2 TSP DIJON MUSTARD, LEMON JUICE, 1 BOILED EGG, AND 1 HALF OF A BOILED EGG. (I HAD TWO BOILED EGGS BUT GAVE ONE HALF TO MY DAUGHTER) I ONLY USED THE YELLOW OF ONE EGG. AND THREW AWAY THE OTHER YELLOW.
1TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 2 TBSP ONION
18 OZ WATER
MASHED UP ONE OF THE YELLOW YOLKS. ADDED 4 TSP OF AVOCADO.
1 TSP OF THE MUSTARD AND SQUEEZED A LIL LEMON JUICE
SPRAYED SOME PAM.
THEN HEATED UP MY ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS
FILLED EACH EGG WITH 2 TSP OF THE MIX
(REMEMBER I ONLY HAD 3 HALFS NOT 4.. CAUSE I GAVE ONE HALF TO MY DAUGHTER)
THEN SPRINKLED THE ONIONS N PEPPERS ON TOP
THIS WAS YUMMY!!!!
MY FIRST TIME MAKING AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS..
AND FIRST TIME HAVING DEVILED EGGS WITH NO MAYO!
MMMMMMM!!!
3:30 PM - SPARK
4:45 PM - 10 OZ WATER
5:30 PM - 12 OZ WATER, TURKEY BURGER WITH NO BUN: 1 TBSP AVOCADO, 1 TBSP SALSA, 1 SLICE TOMATO,
TURKEY BURGER: 1/2 CUP GROUND TURKEY, 1 TSP MRS. DASH LEMON PEPPER, 1 TSP MRS DASH CHICKEN, 1 TSP MRS DASH REGULAR, 1 TBSP ONION
WARMED UP MY TURKEY BURGER IN THE MICRO
THEN SPREAD 1 TBSP AVOCADO ON IT
THEN ADDED 1 TBSP SALSA ON TOP
NEXT ONE SLICE OF TOMATO
(CUT IN HALF)
SO YUMMY!!

NOTES:
I MEAL PREPPED A LIL THIS AFTERNOON.. USED MY GROUND TURKEY.. AND MADE GROUND TURKEY TACO MEAT. AND TWO TURKEY BURGERS.
i measured out 1/2 cup of ground turkey per burger
then i added 1 tsp mrs. dash lemon pepper per burger
mixed it up
then added 1 tsp of mrs dash chicken per burger
mixed it up
then added 1 tbsp of onion per burger
mixed it up
these are the mrs. dash's i used.
then i sprinkled mrs. dash regular on the top and bottom of the burgers and placed them in the pan
meanwhile, i put the rest of the turkey that was left in another frying pan
sprinkled mrs dash lemmon pepper on top
drained the grease.
then added the taco seasoning (low sodium) packet
not all of it.. just like half the packet
and some water
mixed it up
wah-lah. done. simple.
and now i have convenient go to's in my fridge
to make meals :)
