12:00 PM (LUNCH) - 2 EGGS, 1 TBSP SALSA, 1/4 CUP SPINACH, 1 TBSP ONION, 1 TBSP TOMATO, 1 TBSP GREEN PEPPER
20 OZ WATER. PILLS WITH LUNCH
(IGNORE THE EGGS ON THE RIGHT LOL. I HAD LUNCH WITH MY DAUGHTER)
MY EGGS: SALSA, SPINACH AND VEGI EGGS ON THE LEFT ;)

CHICKEN, 1/2 C BROWN RICE, 2 TBSP SALSA, 1/2 TBSP TOMATO, 1/2 TBSP GREEN PEPPER, 1/2 TBSP ONION , LIME JUICE
I always have onion, tomatoes and green peppers cut up in the fridge easy to grab and use
very convenient!
mixed it all up n yumm
once i mixed it up i decided to add 1 more tbsp of salsa.
so i used 2 tbsp. not just 1 like in the pic.
