8:00 AM - 3 CATALYST, 8 OZ WATER
9:15 AM - 8 OZ WATER, B4 BREAKFAST PILLS,THERMO
9:45 AM (BREAKFAST) - BANANA BERRY SHAKE. PILLS WITH LUNCH/BREAKFAST
11:40 AM - 8 OZ WATER, B4 LUNCH PILLS
12:15 PM (LUNCH) - GREEN PEPPER, 2 TBSP ONION, 2 TBSP TOMATO, 1/4 CUP BROWN RICE, 1/3 C TURKEY, 2 TBSP SALSA, SPRINKLE MRS DASH LEMON PEPPER, LIME JUICE, 20 OZ WATER
mixed everything together. heated it in micro for 20 seconds. then spooned it into pepper.
i baked it at 325 for 10 min. then turned it up to 350 for 15 more minutes.
i cut it open. ate half for lunch. and going to save the other half for dinner.
1:30 PM - ARM KICK BACKS 50 LEFT/ 50 RIGHT, 50 SIT-UPS, TORSO TWISTS 25 LEFT/25 RIGHT
2:15 PM - 16 OZ WATER
3:15 PM - SPARK
4:20 PM - 16 OZ WATER
5:15 PM (DINNER) - 4 OMEGA, THE OTHER 1/2 OF THE GREEN PEPPER.. BUT THIS TIME I ADDED 1 1/2 TBSP AVOCADO ON TOP OF IT, 20 OZ WATER
spread 1 1/2 tbsp avocado on top of it..
soooo gooood.
