WORKOUT AT HOME: 50 JUMPING JACKS, ARM KICKBACKS FOR TRICEPS 25 LEFT ARM 25 RIGHT ARM, 50 SIT-UPS, 50 JUMPING JACKS.
1:15 PM (LUNCH) - 16 OZ WATER, 1/2 CUP BROWN RICE, CHICKEN AND STEAMED BROCCOLI
3:00 PM - SPARK, 16 OZ WATER
3:45 PM - 16 OZ WATER
6:15 PM (DINNER) - 16 OZ WATER
LETTUCE WRAP: 1/2 CUP OF ONION, TOMATO, GREEN PEPPER, EGG AND BROWN RICE WRAPPED IN A SHEET OF LETTUCE

1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup tomato, 1/4 cup green pepper. 1 egg. 1/2 cup brown rice.
heat onion and pepper in pan. then add egg. then add tomato and rice.
(i already had the brown rice cooked and in fridge. so i just heated it in the microwave then added it to pan to mix up. and wah-lah. done)
Use 1/2 cup for lettuce wrap tonight.
Save the remaining 1/2 cup for tomorrow.

SUM OF THE DAY: I FELT ENERGIZED. AND VERY FULL. I FEEL GREAT RIGHT NOW. I WENT PEE A LOT TODAY.. BUT ONLY CAUSE I DRANK SO MUCH WATER. BUT THAT'S SCIENCE. DAY ONE SUCCESS. OH AND THE FIBER DRINK.. DESPITE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I READ UP ON, WHICH SCARED ME.. THE PEACH FIBER WASN'T BAD AT ALL! I WAS DREADING DRINKING THE FIBER.. BUT IT TURNED OUT I WAS SCARED FOR NOTHING. YUM. PRETTY DELISH. (PICK PEACH OVER CITRUS)
