9:00 AM (BREAKFAST) - FIBER DRINK, 8 OZ WATER, 1 CUP GRAPES (COULDN'T EAT THEM ALL.. 10 WAS LEFT.. I WAS FULL)

so measured it and bagged it.

10:15 AM - 16 OZ WATER
12:00 PM (LUNCH) - 20 OZ WATER, 1 EGG WHITE, SALSA CHICKEN, 1/2 TSP SALSA, 1/2 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/2 CUP CAULIFLOWER
Didn't finish all of it.. because i got full.
2:15 PM - 3 CATALYST, 16 OZ WATER
4:15 PM - SPARK
5:45 PM (DINNER) - 1 APPLE, SPRINKLE OF CINNAMON, 6 OMEGA
I was craving something sweet tonight..
i made apple pie(without the crust) lol
Cut apple into pieces.
Put in bowl.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Cover & microwave 2 min.
Sprinkle cinnamon
Enjoy!
Mmmmm def hit the spot!
Had a cpl slices left though.. couldn't finish the whole apple.
idk why..but today i've just been full.. not so much hungry.
