GYM - 1 1/2 MILES ELLIPTICAL, 4 MILES ON BIKE
8:50 AM - PILLS BEFORE BREAKFAST, 1 THERMO PILL,16 OZ WATER
it tasted really good!!
9:25 AM (BREAKFAST) - BERRY SHAKE, BREAKFAST PILLS/LUNCH PILLS. TOOK THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME
11:45 AM - PILLS 30 MIN BEFORE LUNCH
12:15 PM (LUNCH) - 20 OZ WATER, PILLS WITH LUNCH
SALSA CHICKEN, 1 SLICE OF TOMATO, LIME JUICE, 1/2 CUP LETTUCE, 1/4 CUP GREEN PEPPER(HEATED UP ON THE STOVE)
(AND ALSO BUT NOT SHOWN IN PIC, I ADDED 1/2 TBSP SALSA.)

5:30 PM (DINNER) - 20 OZ WATER 1/2 CUP SPAGHETTI SQUASH, 1/2 CUP SAUCE

OKAY FOR THOSE OF YOU WONDERING HOW I MADE THE SPAGHETTI SQUASH.. WELL, TONIGHT WAS MY FIRST TIME MAKING IT.. I LOOKED AROUND ON PINTEREST AND FOUND SOME RECIPES.. BUT I KINDA JUST DID MY OWN THING.. I WANTED TO MAKE IT HEALTHY.
(I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S HARDER TO CUT A PINEAPPLE OR A SPAGHETTI SQUASH! NOT EASY! LOL)
SPAGHETTI SQUASH
CUT IT. AND TAKE THE SEEDS OUT.
I SPRAYED THE EDGES WITH PAM.
BAKE 350 FOR 45 MIN
(WHEN U CAN PUT A KNIFE/FORK THROUGH IT, ITS DONE)
WHEN IT COMES OUT. LET IT COOL 3-5 MIN.
THEN TAKE A FORK TO IT, IT COMES RIGHT OFF.
I DECIDED NOT TO USE ANY GROUND TURKEY OR MEAT.
I MADE MY OWN SAUCE.
1/2 CUP TOMATO, 1/3 CUP GREEN PEPPERS
( I DIDNT HAVE ANY ONION OR I WOULD HAVE USED THAT TOO)
AND HUNTS SAUCE 8 OZ CAN
( I DIDNT USE SALT OR PEPPER)
JUST MRS. DASH SALT-FREE ITALIAN MEDLEY
I HEATED THE TOMATOES AND GREEN PEPPERS UP
THEN ADDED THE CAN OF HUNTS SAUCE AND MRS. DASH
I USED 1 1/2 TSP OF MRS. DASH.
FIRST I PUT 1 TSP.. THEN ADDED 1/2 TSP MORE.
(YOU CAN SEASON HOWEVER YOU LIKE)
SPAGHETTI SQUASH. IT WAS YUMMY!
